Located near Bridgetown on 10 acres of beautiful land this Saw mill is on prime location near a main road and train line, providing easy access for transport of wood into, and out of the premises.
Contracts will be sold to the buyer at an estimated value of 1.4 million. The contract expires 2013 with opportunity to renew. The contract consists of a guaranteed 4000 tonne of Jarrah per year, and 500 tonne of Mari.
